In practice

What teams do with Sales Enablement connectors

Drawn from the connector pages in this category, so every line describes something one of these connectors actually does.

Sales

  • Catch a prospect up after a call

Log the call in Outreach and update the prospect's title, stage, or notes while the conversation is still fresh, without leaving the tool you are already working in.

  • Pull up a lead's full outreach history

Before a call, see every email a prospect received and every reply they sent across Smartlead campaigns, so nobody walks in cold.

  • Pause a campaign before a big announcement

Ask which Lemlist campaigns are still sending to a target account and pause them in one go, so nobody gets a cold email the morning your contract lands.

Marketing

  • Hear what prospects say about competitors

Search recent call transcripts for competitor and pricing mentions, and turn what buyers actually said into messaging and content decisions.

  • Check what sales actually said to a segment

Read the activity history and notes across accounts from a campaign and see which talking points reps are using and which ones never come up.

  • Load a campaign list into Autobound

Hand over a list of companies and contacts from an event or webinar and have them created in bulk so the team can start personalizing straight away.

Sales development

  • Check how a campaign is doing before standup

Ask for open, reply and bounce rates on a live Smartlead campaign, by day if you want, and get a plain answer instead of digging through dashboards.

  • Rewrite a sequence step that is underperforming

Pull the stats for a Lemlist campaign, spot the step where replies drop off, and update that step's copy without opening the campaign editor.

  • Prep a call list in plain language

Pull the people at a set of target accounts, read the last notes and call history for each, and walk in knowing what was said last time.

Sales Development

  • Find prospects who went quiet

Ask for prospects at a target account who have had no reply in two weeks, then queue a follow-up mailing for each one.

  • Find accounts that just showed intent

Search Autobound signals for funding rounds, hiring spikes, or leadership changes across your target list, then pull the matching companies and contacts in one go.

  • Add new prospects from a list

Paste a list of names, companies, and emails and have the prospects created in Outreach and attached to the right accounts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many Sales Enablement connectors does Elaichi have?

5+ Sales Enablement connectors are in the catalog today, and the list grows as connectors are added. Each one arrives as a set of MCP tools an agent can call through https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp.

Can Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor all use Sales Enablement connectors?

Yes. Elaichi exposes one organization-wide endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, and Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client connects to that same address with OAuth, while the Elaichi Agent reaches the same tools inside the app. Connecting a Sales Enablement account once makes it reachable from every one of them.

Do Sales Enablement connectors work with Gemini, Codex, Claude Code or other MCP clients?

Yes. Sales Enablement connectors are reached over the same MCP endpoint every client uses, so anything that speaks MCP can call them — Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed and OpenCode among them — alongside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and the Elaichi Agent. There is no per-client setup beyond pointing the client at https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp.

Do Sales Enablement connectors need me to bring my own OAuth app?

Most do not. 5 of the Sales Enablement connectors connect with an API key or app credentials that an admin pastes once, with no app to register. 2 ask you to bring your own OAuth app: you register it once with the vendor and connect. Hosted sign-in for those is in progress, a vendor partnership at a time, and when one lands the only thing that changes is that the registration step goes away. Each connector's page says which it is before you start.

Can I stop an agent from writing to Sales Enablement tools?

Yes. Tool restrictions apply at role and individual level, and a restricted tool is left out of the model's tool list and cannot be called. Read-only access to a Sales Enablement connector is a matter of allowing the reads and leaving the writes out.

Whose access does an agent get on a shared Sales Enablement connection?

The access of the person the agent is acting for, resolved against their current role on every call — not the access of whoever connected the account. A colleague can use a connection without ever seeing its credential.
