Use cases
Turn AI from a personal tool into a team one
Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect apps one person and one client at a time. Elaichi gives your team one MCP endpoint to connect them, share them without sharing credentials, build toolboxes everyone uses the same way, and decide what every AI client can do.
What you can solve
Get it done with Elaichi
Five things teams get done with Elaichi. Pick the one you want to get done first.
Context sharing across teams
A teammate needs what your connection can do. Share the capability, not the credential, so they work through your connection without ever seeing it.
Team toolboxes for every AI client
When everyone sets up their own AI, each person brings their own way of doing the task. Build one toolbox with the right tools and written guidance, and the whole team gets the same kit in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
Governance
Your team is already using AI with live company tools. Decide who can act, pick which tools each agent can use, and keep an attributed record of every call that runs.
Automated provisioning and deprovisioning
Onboarding and offboarding usually run through many admin consoles, one app at a time. Give people the right role on day one, and close their access in one action when they leave.
Connect once, use across every LLM
Getting your apps into AI usually means an MCP server per app and a fresh setup in every client. Connect each app once and use it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client, with no repeat setup.

Moments every team knows
What comes up every week once a team runs on AI, and what changes with Elaichi.
-
Marketing manager
“Can someone send me the HubSpot login?”
Access is usually shared as keys and passwords in chats and docs.
With Elaichi
Connect HubSpot once and share it, or a toolbox over it, with the team. They work through it without ever seeing the credential, and any change to the share applies on their next call.

Account executive
“I set up Salesforce in ChatGPT. Can I use it in Claude too?”
Each AI client keeps its own connections, so a new client starts with its own setup.
With Elaichi
Connect each app once, to Elaichi. Add one address to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, sign in, and your apps are already there.
See how it works -
Support lead
“Can we all do this task the same way with AI?”
Each person picks their own tools and writes their own prompts for the job.
With Elaichi
Build one toolbox with the right tools, frozen values and a written skill. The team gets that same kit in every AI client they connect to it.

Engineering manager
“Can our new hire start with the right access on day one?”
Access is usually set up by hand, one account at a time.
With Elaichi
People join through single sign-on, SCIM, a verified domain or an invite, with the right role already assigned. An invite can put them in their team on day one too.

IT admin
“When someone moves on, how do we close their AI access everywhere?”
AI access is often set up outside the usual sign-in, so it is managed separately.
With Elaichi
When your identity provider deactivates someone, SCIM suspends them in Elaichi, and their access in every AI client they connected ends on the next call.

Security lead
“Can we decide exactly what our AI is allowed to do?”
When everyone connects their own way, the rules live in each person’s own setup.
With Elaichi
Set a rule for a tool, a role or a person once, and it applies in every client they connect. Every call that runs is logged with the person, the account it reached and the client it came from.

Already using Claude or ChatGPT connectors?
Built-in connectors serve one person. Elaichi serves the team.
Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can each connect apps for the person using them, and for one person in one client that can be all you need. Elaichi is for when a team needs the same apps across several clients, shared safely and under one set of rules.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Elaichi if Claude or ChatGPT already has connectors?
For one person in one client, a client’s own connectors may be all you need. Elaichi is for teams: connect an app once for every client, share it without sharing the credential, give everyone the same toolbox, and set roles, restrictions and one audit log across Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any other MCP client.
What does Elaichi cost?
Gold is $15 per user per month, or $10 per user per month billed annually. Every organization starts with a 14-day Gold trial, with no payment details needed, and reviewers can use the free, read-only Auditor role.
How do I connect an app once and use it across Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor?
Connect each account once to Elaichi, then point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other MCP client at the one organization endpoint and sign in with OAuth. Switching clients does not reconnect anything, because the accounts are connected to Elaichi, not to the chatbot.
Can a teammate use my connection without seeing my credentials?
Yes. Share the connection, or a toolbox over it, while the credential stays in the vault. A teammate calls the app through it without the secret ever reaching them, and only within what you shared.
How do I make sure everyone’s AI does a task the same way?
Build a toolbox: the tools for the job, renamed and described for the model, frozen values the AI cannot change, and a skill with written guidance. Share it with the team, and every client they connect to it is served the same kit.
How do I control which company tools an AI agent can act on?
Roles decide who may act, and restrictions decide which connectors and individual tools each role or person can run, in every client at once. Every call that runs is logged with the person, the account it reached and the client it came from.
What happens to someone’s AI access when they move on?
When your identity provider deactivates them, SCIM suspends them in Elaichi and their access in every AI client they connected ends on the next call. Removing them for good runs a preflight, so any connection a teammate depends on is transferred to another member or deleted first.
Which tools can Elaichi connect to?
The applications your teams already use, across every major category, from CRMs and help desks to finance and engineering tools. Anything not in the catalog, including an internal API, can be added as a custom connector. The full catalog is linked right below.
