Agreement

By accessing elaichi.ai or the Elaichi service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

The service

Elaichi provides a hosted MCP control plane: connector catalog, credential vaulting, toolboxes, MCP endpoints, and governance features. Plans and entitlements are described on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use connectors in violation of the third-party provider's terms.

Trials and billing

New organizations receive a 14-day Gold trial. After the trial, plan-gated features lock until a subscription is active. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
