GET /organization/{id}/security-summary

Two counts for the warning beside the Require two-factor authentication setting: the organization's members, and how many of them hold neither an authenticator app nor a passkey. Counts only — one aggregate over the member index, so the response is the same size for any organization and takes no `limit` or `cursor`; list the members themselves with `GET /member`. The second count is members WITHOUT a factor, not members who would be refused: a member who signs in through this organization's own SSO connection is exempt at the door whatever they hold. Requires `org:manage` (the catalog has no `org:view`). A read, so it answers for a suspended or pending-deletion organization too.
