360learning MCP connector

The 360learning connector lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or the Elaichi Agent list and manage classrooms, session slots, registrations, waitlists, attendance sheets, and certificate outlines from 360learning, with each person signed in as themselves and every action logged.

  • How it connects. App credentials. The credential goes into a vault nobody reads back.

  • One address. https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, the same for every user.

  • Their own access. An agent never gets more than the person it acts for.

How to connect

How to connect 360learning to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Two steps, about a minute.

1

In Elaichi

Connect 360learning once

  1. Open Connections, choose Add connection, and pick 360learning.

  2. Optionally set Share with to give a team access, then press Connect.

  3. Paste your 360learning app credentials. 360learning authenticates the app rather than a person. One person supplies the credentials once, and everyone else works through Share with.

The credential is vaulted. Nobody reads it back, not even the AI.

Use cases

What teams do with 360learning through Elaichi

Every one of these runs inside the access the person already has, and lands in the same audit log.

  • Learning and development

Set up a classroom and its sessions

Create a new 360learning classroom, add the session slots, and adjust dates or capacity when a trainer's calendar changes, all by asking in plain language.

  • HR

Register new hires for onboarding sessions

Put each starter on the next onboarding slot in 360learning, move them if their start date shifts, and check who is still unregistered before Monday.

  • Compliance

    Keep certificate outlines current

List every certificate outline in 360learning, update the ones tied to a policy change, and retire outlines that no longer apply.

  • Sales enablement

Fill product training slots from the waitlist

See who is waiting for a full session, open a new slot when demand is there, and move waitlisted reps onto it.

  • Operations

    Record attendance after a session

Create the attendance sheet for a classroom slot in 360learning, mark who showed up, and correct a sheet when someone was registered under the wrong name.

  • Managers

Check which team members are registered

Ask which of your reports are booked on an upcoming classroom slot and who has not signed up yet, without opening 360learning yourself.

Try asking

  • “Who is on the waitlist for Thursday's onboarding classroom?”
  • “Register Priya for the next security awareness slot”
  • “List classrooms with open slots next month”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect 360learning to Claude?

Connect 360learning in Elaichi by entering the app credentials from your 360learning account. There is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Claude asks you to sign in, and from then on it works in 360learning as you.

Does 360learning work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?

Yes. Once 360learning is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client, and the Elaichi Agent. You connect 360learning once and every client picks it up.

What can an AI agent actually do with my 360learning data?

It can list and create classrooms, add or change session slots, register people on a slot, move them off a waitlist, record attendance, and keep certificate outlines up to date in 360learning. Because 360learning has many tools, the agent searches for the right one as you ask. Short, concrete asks such as "register Sam on Thursday's onboarding slot" work better than long sentences.

Does connecting 360learning give the AI access to every classroom and learner?

No. The agent works inside the access of the person who signed in to 360learning, so it sees the classrooms, registrations, and outlines that person can already see. Elaichi can narrow that further with restrictions, and it can never widen it beyond what 360learning itself allows.

Can my team share one 360learning connection?

Yes. One person connects 360learning with the app credentials and shares the connection with a team in Elaichi, so nobody else ever handles a credential. Each teammate still signs in to Elaichi as themselves, so the audit log names the real person behind every registration or slot change.

Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in 360learning?

Yes. Restrictions in Elaichi work per action, so you can allow listing classrooms and registrations while blocking deletes of slots, waitlists, or certificate outlines in 360learning. A blocked action is never advertised to Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, so no prompt can reach it.

What happens to a 360learning connection when someone leaves?

Offboarding that person in Elaichi ends their access to 360learning through every client at once. A shared 360learning connection keeps working for everyone else on the team. If you want to remove 360learning entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and every other client.

Does the 360learning MCP connector work with Gemini, Codex, Claude Code or other MCP clients?

Yes. 360learning is reached over the same MCP endpoint every client uses, so anything that speaks MCP can call it — Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed and OpenCode among them — alongside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the Elaichi Agent. The tools on offer and the access behind them are identical whichever client asks. Only the setup screen differs.

Is Elaichi an alternative to Zapier MCP for 360learning?

Yes. Both let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor use 360learning. Zapier MCP fits a team that already automates in Zapier, since each person signs in and acts as themselves in that account. Elaichi fits when IT wants one address for the whole company, per-tool rules by role, and a record of every 360learning call.

How is Elaichi different from Composio for 360learning?

Composio gives AI agents tools and sign-in handling across 1,000+ apps, for developers building agents or people using an assistant, billed per tool call. Elaichi gives a company's own people governed access to 360learning: one address, restrictions per role or user, and $15 per user per month. Both have role permissions and a log of every call.
