-
Operations
Clean up stale invitations and groups
List invitations that were never accepted, remove the ones that are out of date, and tidy groups whose projects have ended.
Try asking
- “Enroll the new support hires in the onboarding course.”

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Articulate 360 to Claude?
Connect Articulate 360 in Elaichi first: you paste in the API key from your Articulate 360 admin settings, and there is no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Sign in as yourself when Claude asks, and your Articulate 360 courses, groups and enrollments are available in the conversation.
Does Articulate 360 work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?
Yes. Once Articulate 360 is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client and the Elaichi Agent. You connect Articulate 360 once and every client picks it up.
What can an AI agent actually do with my Articulate 360 data?
An agent can look up Articulate 360 courses and learning paths, see who is enrolled, enroll or unenroll people and whole groups, create and manage groups and their members, send and remove invitations, and import course completions. Because Articulate 360 exposes a lot of actions, short concrete asks work best, for example "enroll the London sales group on the pricing course" rather than a long paragraph.
Does connecting Articulate 360 give the AI access to every course and learner?
No. Every call to Articulate 360 runs inside the access of the person who signed in, so an agent sees the courses, groups and learners that person can already see. Elaichi can narrow that further, for example limiting a team to read-only, but it can never grant more than Articulate 360 itself allows.
Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in Articulate 360?
Yes. Restrictions in Elaichi apply per action, so you can allow listing Articulate 360 courses and enrollments while blocking unenrolling learners, deleting groups or removing invitations. A blocked action is never shown to Claude, ChatGPT or any other client, so no prompt can reach it.
What happens to an Articulate 360 connection when someone leaves?
Offboarding that person in Elaichi ends their access to Articulate 360 through every client at once. If they had shared an Articulate 360 connection with a team, it keeps working for everyone else. Disconnecting Articulate 360 once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and every other client at the same time.
Does the Articulate 360 MCP connector work with Gemini, Codex, Claude Code or other MCP clients?
Yes. Articulate 360 is reached over the same MCP endpoint every client uses, so anything that speaks MCP can call it — Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed and OpenCode among them — alongside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the Elaichi Agent. The tools on offer and the access behind them are identical whichever client asks. Only the setup screen differs.
Is Elaichi an alternative to Zapier MCP for Articulate 360?
Yes. Both let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor use Articulate 360. Zapier MCP fits a team that already automates in Zapier, since each person signs in and acts as themselves in that account. Elaichi fits when IT wants one address for the whole company, per-tool rules by role, and a record of every Articulate 360 call.
How is Elaichi different from Composio for Articulate 360?
Composio gives AI agents tools and sign-in handling across 1,000+ apps, for developers building agents or people using an assistant, billed per tool call. Elaichi gives a company's own people governed access to Articulate 360: one address, restrictions per role or user, and $15 per user per month. Both have role permissions and a log of every call.
