Swoogo MCP connector

The Swoogo connector brings your event contacts, call for speakers submissions, reviewer scores and data lists into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any MCP client, so your team can ask, update and act on them as themselves.

  • How it connects. App credentials. The credential goes into a vault nobody reads back.

  • One address. https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, the same for every user.

  • Their own access. An agent never gets more than the person it acts for.

How to connect

How to connect Swoogo to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Two steps, about a minute.

1

In Elaichi

Connect Swoogo once

  1. Open Connections, choose Add connection, and pick Swoogo.

  2. Optionally set Share with to give a team access, then press Connect.

  3. Paste your Swoogo app credentials. Swoogo authenticates the app rather than a person. One person supplies the credentials once, and everyone else works through Share with.

The credential is vaulted. Nobody reads it back, not even the AI.

Use cases

What teams do with Swoogo through Elaichi

Every one of these runs inside the access the person already has, and lands in the same audit log.

  • Events

Catch a contact up after a conversation

After a call with an attendee or sponsor, tell the agent what changed and it updates their Swoogo contact record, including your custom contact fields, without opening the app.

  • Program

Triage call for speakers submissions in minutes

Ask for every submission that has come in this week for a track, get a plain summary of each pitch, and mark the ones that need a second look.

  • Program

See where reviews stand before the committee meets

Pull the reviews for each Swoogo submission, spot which pitches still have no score, and list who is holding things up.

  • Speaker relations

Keep speaker details current in one place

Create or update a call for speakers contact when a presenter changes their title, company or bio, so what prints in the program matches what they sent.

  • Marketing

Build the right invite list from live contacts

Ask which Swoogo contacts match a region, job title or past event, and get a list you can hand to the campaign, without an export.

  • Operations

    Tidy data lists and duplicates

Add missing options to a Swoogo data list, remove stale ones, and find contacts that appear twice before registration opens.

Try asking

  • “List all Swoogo CFS submissions still waiting on a review.”
  • “Summarize this week's Swoogo CFS reviews by score.”
  • “Which Swoogo CFS contacts have no submission yet?”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Swoogo to Claude?

Two steps. In Elaichi, choose Swoogo and enter the app credentials from your Swoogo account; there is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Sign in with your Elaichi account and Swoogo is available in your next conversation.

Does Swoogo work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?

Yes. Once Swoogo is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client and the Elaichi Agent. You connect Swoogo once and every client you use picks it up.

What can an AI agent actually do with my Swoogo data?

With Swoogo connected, an agent can look up, create and update contacts and their custom fields, read and update call for speakers submissions and the reviews attached to them, manage the speakers behind those submissions, and add or remove items in your data lists. Swoogo offers well over a hundred actions here, so short concrete asks such as "show me unreviewed submissions for the AI track" work better than long paragraphs.

Does connecting Swoogo give the AI access to all of my events?

No. Every request runs as the person who signed in, so the agent sees exactly the Swoogo contacts, submissions and reviews that person can already see, and nothing more. Elaichi can narrow that access further with roles and restrictions, but it can never widen it beyond what Swoogo itself allows.

Can my team share one Swoogo connection?

Yes. One person connects Swoogo in Elaichi and shares it with a team, and nobody else ever handles the Swoogo credentials. Each teammate still signs in to Elaichi as themselves, so the audit log names the actual person who updated a contact or changed a review.

Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in Swoogo?

Yes. Restrictions in Elaichi work per action, so you can allow reading Swoogo contacts and submissions while blocking deletes, or block any updates at all for a given team. A blocked action is never shown to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor in the first place, so no prompt, accidental or otherwise, can reach it.

What happens to a Swoogo connection when someone leaves?

Offboarding a person in Elaichi ends their access to Swoogo through every client at once, with nothing to revoke in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor separately. A shared Swoogo connection keeps working for everyone else on the team. If you ever want Swoogo gone entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi removes it from every client.

Does the Swoogo MCP connector work with Gemini, Codex, Claude Code or other MCP clients?

Yes. Swoogo is reached over the same MCP endpoint every client uses, so anything that speaks MCP can call it — Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed and OpenCode among them — alongside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the Elaichi Agent. The tools on offer and the access behind them are identical whichever client asks. Only the setup screen differs.

Is Elaichi an alternative to Zapier MCP for Swoogo?

Yes. Both let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor use Swoogo. Zapier MCP fits a team that already automates in Zapier, since each person signs in and acts as themselves in that account. Elaichi fits when IT wants one address for the whole company, per-tool rules by role, and a record of every Swoogo call.

How is Elaichi different from Composio for Swoogo?

Composio gives AI agents tools and sign-in handling across 1,000+ apps, for developers building agents or people using an assistant, billed per tool call. Elaichi gives a company's own people governed access to Swoogo: one address, restrictions per role or user, and $15 per user per month. Both have role permissions and a log of every call.
